Montesilvano, via Lago Trasimeno, a few steps from the sea, for the summer period we rent an apartment sleeping 4, on the third floor with lift, composed as follows: entrance, living room with kitchenette, sitting room with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and large habitable balcony, equipped with table, chairs and awning. The property is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning. Linen is excluded from the equipment available to customers. Animals are not accepted. Condominium parking space. For the months of July and August at least at least 2 consecutive weeks.
